1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between i777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the i777 platform at https://i777.io.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of i777, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to comply with them in full. These Terms apply to all sections of the platform, including the casino game lobby, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, bonus programmes, and payment services.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on i777. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify i777 promptly if any of your registered details change. i777 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your i777 Login username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. i777 will never contact you by email, live chat, or telephone to request your password. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified i777 of a security breach in writing.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with standard know-your-customer (KYC) procedures, i777 may require you to provide identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or at any other time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on i777 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). i777 does not apply currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made through supported local payment channels.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

i777 currently supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected debit/credit card options including Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time.

4.2 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited instantly upon successful transfer confirmation.
• i777 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your mobile money provider may apply transaction charges under their own terms.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

4.3 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your i777 account.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.
• i777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

i777 offers a range of promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional terms specified in the individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by i777 carry a wagering requirement ("rollover") that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; uncompleted bonuses expire automatically.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment account. i777 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player is eligible for a specific offer. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

5.3 Modification of Promotions

i777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect bonus amounts being credited, i777 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust account balances accordingly.

5.4 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements — this will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• i777 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings where there is evidence of fraudulent activity or exploitation of a technical error.
• Players who have opted out of receiving bonuses will not be eligible to reclaim offers retroactively.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on i777 — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; crash games from Spribe; and sports betting markets — operate under their respective provider rules in addition to these Terms.

6.1 Random Number Generation

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on i777. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where warranted:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players or coordinating betting strategies to gain an unfair advantage, including in live poker, live baccarat, or any other multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to generate guaranteed profits.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Providing false personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on i777, whether in your own name or under any alias.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other means of IP address masking for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards i777 staff or other players via any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including losses arising from:

• Interruption or cessation of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond i777's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss, damage, or liability incurred as a result of gambling on i777, including financial losses from wagers placed.
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently determined to be caused by third-party provider software faults, subject to i777's reasonable correction procedures.

In all cases, i777's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data

i777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on i777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

i777 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from i777's operational funds.

12. Amendments to These Terms

i777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
